Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship all orders within 48 hours after the order is placed (except US holidays and Sunday) providing payment has cleared and been deposited into the account. If using PayPal please realise it may take as many as 21 business days before your product will ship do to PayPal Policies on how they handle funds. We highly recommend Credit or Debit cards to expedite shipping of your item(s). You have a choice to select the shipping method that fits to your need and budget at check out. If your orders are qualified for Free Shipping (within US only), your order will be delivered within 2 - 7 business days. It's up to us to select the shipping method that fits the budget for Free Shipping. Most orders that are qualified for Free Shipping will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground with the exception of heavy packages or helicopter kits. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. In the case that your item(s) you ordered are out of stock, you will be notified or contacted from our shipping dept. RC Heli Warehouse will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages left at your door from USPS, UPS or FedEx. If you do not feel comfortable having shipping carriers to leave your package in front of your door, you must contact us or leave an order comment and request for a signature confirmation. We will gladly add this option for you when shipping your package. There is a $1.50 handling fee added per order (even for free shipping) to help with the costs of labor and materials. This fee helps us stay aggressive with our pricing with our products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present time we do not ship internationally.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your order, and at your own expense. Original shipping charge and return shipping cost are Non-Refundable. The returned merchandises must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on these returned items. No return will be accept after 14 days from the date of receiving date. Please use the contact us page and request for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before sending it back. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All RMA numbers must appear on the outside box.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED RETURNS
Defective products will be approved for return and can be replaced or credited by the manufacturer/distributor according to their warranty policies. Some of the merchandises, you have to contact and send back directly to the manufacturers for repair or replacement handling. Please use our contact us page and request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number first before sending it back.
All returned merchandises have to go through inspection and exchange processing. It normally takes up to 7 business days. Once your returns are approved and accepted, we will issue you a store credit or refund back to your credit card.
All software is non-returnable if it has been opened (eg. Simulators). There is no exception to this policy. If you have a defective product please contact us and let us know why you believe it is defective. We will likely make an exception it you are exchanging it for the exact same product.
Electronics that may need exchange is handled directly through the manufacturer. Electronics can not be returned as we have no way to verify that there is an issue and why it may be an issue. We will do our best to work with you to get it repaired or replaced. Please contact us should you need help with a defective electronic item and we will assist you.
